The "Most Anticipated Indian Movies and Shows" widget tracks the real-time popularity of relevant pages on IMDb, and displays those that are currently generating the highest number of pageviews on IMDb.
Each title is ranked according to its share of pageviews among the items displayed. Pageviews for each item are divided by the aggregate number of pageviews generated by the items displayed.
Four lazy slacker conmen buddies who are jobless, homeless and broke learn about the secret of a hidden treasure from a dying thief and later embark on a race against time to find the mobster's buried treasure and claim it while being pursued by a determined police inspector who is hellbent to get the treasure all by himself.
Babu Rao, Raju and Shyam, are living happily after having risen from rags to riches. Still, money brings the joy of riches and with it the greed to make more money - and so, with a don as an unknowing investor, Raju initiates a new game.
Sameer Arya, Martand Damdere, Pankaj Tiwari, and Gautam Sesodia are friends who live in a small town in India. Broke, accident-prone, and unable to pay rent to their landlady, they are basically slackers with Sameer and Gautam having no family, while Pankaj has been kicked out by his brother-in-law, and Martand has illicitly borrowed money from his maternal uncle, is unable to re-pay it and hence rendered homeless. The four find out that they can better their lifestyle by obtaining a bank loan - albeit in vain as they are unable to secure one. Then they decide to woo a rich girl, let one of them marry her, and live their life in comfort. They find out that there is a new girl, Ritu Tripathi, in the neighborhood, who is on the lookout for her missing brother, Rahul. The foursome con her into believing that they are Rahul's friends and befriend her. In the beginning of the film, Marru was imagining his uncle as his servant, where Marru arrives in a Mercedes car and his uncle wipes the widow of the car. At the end of the film, when Tanushree Dutta was leaving, they used the exactly same Mercedes car. In those two scenes the plots were totally different, but the car was the same. See more »
Very funny!!!! When I find my self in find myself in times of trouble DHOL comes to me speaking words of wisdom. Very awesome all dialogs of RajPal Yadav's dialogs are awesome!!! Get the DVD it is awesome very funny. The surnames seen is one of the funniest scenes of the movie the acting of the four is very good. In 2007, when I first saw it I was kicked out of the theater right after the surname scene then I went for another show and the next half was also awesome and then they add a bit of suspense to it. Very good movie! Must watch. The DVD now is very rare and is very weird if you see it. Many many funny scenes in it but it comes very often on TV, frequently
