A patient whose relative has called in a favor with Cuddy presents with nonspecific minor symptoms that turn life-threatening, but House is distracted by a dream and an inability to urinate.
A military guy has difficulty with his blood cells, Gregory House has dreams about the patient before even getting the case file and can't pee during the case which is interesting. I like how the guest star is Marc Blucas I recently watched him a show called Underground that pretty good not as enjoyable as House! Top Secret had a great soundtrack and very intriguing scenery; I'm surprised it has a 8.1 I think it deserves higher! Paralyzed anomaly of fun and very immersive episode.
