A Promise Made
4 February 2019 | by HitchcocSee all my reviews

This shows how the complexities of life outweigh things we would wish. The police go in search of the father of the young Vietnamese woman. They believe he was complicit in the murder of the man who was supposed to marry her. This leads to some really ugly stuff in the station and things that Sam must deal with. It also affects the character of Cox. In the end, there are things that Western culture doesn't always understand.
