The production was funded by a filmmaking grant from Film/Video Arts New York. The entire production was overseen by acclaimed cinematographer Larry Banks.
After one festival screening the producers were greeted by three police officers who being moved by the film joined the question and answer session with the audience.
In October 2001, the film was officially selected to the first annual Damah Film Festival which celebrates spiritual experiences in film.
