At the end of the film, when Van Sloan shoots Radu with an arrow, the arrow changes positions on Radu in different shots.
When Danni, Pete and Wang find out Lia's head has been removed from her body, the headless body is lying on its front. When they are unknowingly undoing the thread, the headless body lies on its back. Nobody moved the headless body.
