I loved this show as a kid, but as I got older I completely forgot about it. Recently I was thinking of animated shows that I had forgotten about that I used to watch in childhood, Wil Cwac Cwac was one of them. A cute and endearing welsh-language cartoon based on the children's books by Jennie Thomas and J.0.Williams is what I think of Wil Cwac Cwac. Even if the episode format was perhaps too short and the pacing a tad rushed at times, this is one animated gem that should have lasted longer. The animation is wonderful, the music is lovely, the stories are simple, the narration by Myfanwy Talog is fitting and the characters Wil, Martha, Hwmffra, Maury, Sioni, Huw, Dic, Ifan, Mr Puw, Mr Owie and Mr Jones are cute and endearing. Overall, it is an underrated and cute show, not only should it have lasted longer but it should be brought back in print. It is simplicity at its most effective. 8/10 Bethany Cox
