- Imelda is determined to have a slice of the profits from Gonch's toast making business, and Ziggy makes an ill-advised foray into the girls changing room.
- Responding to provocation from Imelda, Ziggy ends up in a tussle with Mr. Griffiths, ending up with the caretaker getting a bucket of paint over his head. Gonch starts taking advance orders for his break and lunchtime toast. As part of the letter-writing initiative Roland has received a rather personal letter in French from Fabienne, which he has to read to the class. Gonch's scheme is troubled by both Trevor and Imelda trying to muscle in, but the customers ensure nothing stands in the way of their precious toast. The teachers become puzzled by the abundance of toast, and the scarcity of people in the canteen. Imelda and the Terrorhawks ambush Gonch, remove his trousers, and take the profits. Ziggy is fast on Imeda's trail, but her entry into the girls' toilet seems a bit of a stumbling block. Unfortunately, by the time Ziggy and Robbie storm the room, the Terrorhawks have gone, but a surprised Mrs Reagan has arrived, and she's found Gonch's trousers in there. Mr. Griffiths finds the toaster, and reports to Mrs. McClusky at the same time as Mrs. Reagan reports the male intruder, but the caretaker is convinced it's Ziggy. Mr. Griffiths sees his nemesis once again, and gets another bucket over the head as Ziggy accidentally dislodges the ladder. The diversion comes in handy for Gonch and Hollo, who have just found their toaster gone, and they make a quiet exit while their hungry customers are distracted.—Geffers
