Adam Pascal cannot read sheet music, so the music director (Dan Bar-Hava) had to play a line of music for Adam to repeat. Adam is a quick learner with this method.

Goyband will premiere in the USA at the Syd Jacobson JCC in East Hills, Long Island, NY at the Randi and Bruce Pergament Jewish Fil Festival on July 1st 2009.

Filming took 26 days to complete. Lead Adam Pascal was either on camera or practicing dance moves for 25 out of those 26 days.

It was so cold on-site at the resort used, plus Goyband LLC couldn't afford the heat the place, that the interiors were all filmed in a studio.

The casting director (Adreinne Stern) pursued Adam Pascal at the request of her daughter, who is a huge fan of the Broadway musical RENT. Adam originated the role of Roger Davis in RENT, both onstage and the motion picture.
