    Incredible Christmas episode
'Reefer' is the second of the holiday-themed episodes of Nip/Tuck, and it is by far the best, and even one of the best episodes of Season 4. Sean's world continues falling apart before his eyes as he struggles to find someone to spend Christmas with. He realizes, ultimately, that he might just be alone this Christmas, until he begins warming up to a hobo who has stationed himself right in front of McNamara/Troy. Christian begins to suspect something us going on with Michelle, and he receives a truly amazing surprise when Wilber, the child he thought he had lost, finds his way back into Christian's life. This episode, just like the very concept of Christmas, is incredibly heartwarming and uplifting, and is especially about the Christmas spirit and love. It even manages to throw out a few surprises, including a shocking moment between James and Reefer.
