Les forgerons (1896)
The IMDb credits the director as Georges Melies but this here is actually another actuality film from the Lumiere Brothers. The translated title on the page is correct as this film shows a blacksmith at work. If you're a fan of Lumiere and their actuality movies then you're bound to enjoy this as it at least gives you a chance to see an actual blacksmith doing his job back in 1896. For that alone this here is worth watching. The cinematography is good for the era and there's no doubt that fans should enjoy it. How this was mistaken as Melies film is anyone's guess.
