Whoops I did it again
22 December 2017 | by Prismark10See all my reviews

Whoops was the first episode of Last of the Summer Wine broadcast on Christmas Day. The end titles was sung by the Holmfirth Choral Society to mark the occasion.

It is a sentimental episode as our trio try to recapture the spirit of their youth by looking up two old school friends and inviting them round for drinks, as well getting into high jinx such as walking on your hands, climbing lamp posts and getting off a moving bus.

Even Sid and Ivy are in the festive mood as they deck the cafe out with tinsel. Wally Batty sneaks in with mince pies for our trio before Nora catches him.

It is an episode where Compo, Clegg and Foggy are staving off old age by being kids again.
