Couldn't Stand Main Male Character
29 September 2009 | by Littleturtle144See all my reviews

This is my first comment I have left on this site. I have watched several anime series, and while there are definitely some that I didn't like as much as others, this is the only one I can actually say that I hate. The reason why I hate it, is because of the main character. He has a wonderful person who has confessed her love for him, in no uncertain terms, he has all of his friends saying that this girl, who he is great friends with, loves him. Inspite of all this, he brush her off and he refuses her, for most of the series and while being idiotic can be alright at times, there is definitely a limit to how stupid you should be. At some point it turns from being stupid to being downright cruel. This is all that I saw with the main male protagonist. He has no redeeming qualities as a human being in this series. I can only stand seeing him mistreat a female as much as he did in the span that I watched. Let me conclude by saying that I loved the girl in this, and all the friends, but the guy turned me off the series completely. I won't ever recognize this series as a good one, simply because of the main character.
