An Introduction to the Ketogenic Diet

This movie literally saved my little sister's life. She was put on so many different medications, and none of them worked, but all had horrible side effects. The seizures not only continued, but became more frequent over time. She was having hundreds of small seizures a day, and a grand mal seizure a few times a month. After a couple of years of this, our parents watched this video, and learned of the Ketogenic Diet. My sister went on the Ketogenic diet, under the supervision of many doctors and nutritionists. After only a few months, her seizures stopped completely, and never returned. She was on the diet for just under 3 years total. It has now been over seven years since her last seizure.
