Crook and Chase began in 1986, well before Regis & Kathy Lee (Live with Regis) and actually ran for thirteen seasons before they, and Prime Time Country with Gary Chapman (the two top shows on TNN) were dropped prior to the debacle that became Spike. It was one of the most refreshing and delightful shows on cable television, and a great atmosphere in which to work. Everyone associated with the show was absolutely professional, respectful, and kind. The entire production ran like a well oiled machine, even when the pistons would misfire.
Lorrianne and Charlie are two of the most genuine folks in show business, and no matter who you were, they would always do their best to reach out to you. Their guests were nearly always excited about being a part of this wonderful show, their audiences were doubly energetic, and that always came through during the outstanding performances and interviews.
The two people you came to love on the television are only a glimpse of who these two are. Honest, caring, and classy. They will always be missed, and I will always have awesome memories of my season with the Crook & Chase show.
Bob, Doc, Steve, Rob & Rob, and the rest of the gang...you're all the best in the business!
