    • Trivia
The Comic Book Guy's line "Oohh, I've wasted my life..." just before his doom is creator Matt Groening's favorite line.
    • Goofs
Flies do not eat sugar they eat rotting materials, they do not produce suitable enzymes to digest it. Flies going near soft-drinks, etc, is more to do with colours and odour from people.

It is a fun and awesome halloween special to enjoy
I don't want to get with the intro so let's move on, the first segment The Homega Man which is a common reference to The Omega Man after Mayor Quimby refuses to apologies to the french people the throw a neutron bomb, Homer starts crying like a 4 year old because he thinks that Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie are gone but he realises that he is the only survivor after a group of mutants try to kill him, the second segment Fly Vs Fly which is a common reference to The Fly after using one of Professor Frink's machines Bart switches bodies with a fly and the final segment Easy Bake Coven which is a common reference to the play The Crucible back in Springfield aka Salem the entire people think that Marge is a normal person, later she turns out to be a witch along with her two sisters Patty and Selma and everything ends good.
