In the scene that Stanley is talking to his elder daughter, Heidi, in the car asking her to think of "something fun to do" that day; a paper grocery sack is seen behind her head but it disappears as the conversation progresses.
While the girls have dinner with Uncle John at Dairy Queen, his ice cream sundae appears to be finished and/or partially finished throughout their meal. At the beginning of the conversation that we see, the sundae appears to be finished as he tries to clean the bowl out with a spoon; but in the next shot we see that the sundae is only halfway finished.
when Stanley was holding his daughters on the shore scene he was putting his glasses on in the first shot, then in the next shot the glasses is gone.
When the girls are playing in the pool at the motel, in the shot just after Dawn disturbs Heidi as Heidi tries to float on her back, there are noticeable waves in the water around them. But when the shot switches to the boy whose mother is resting in the pool chair on the far side of the pool, the water is suddenly as smooth as glass.

When Stanley turns off the road to do donuts in the farm field, the license plate on his SUV is different than the rest of the film. Also, the trailer hitch appears and disappears from the vehicle in several scenes.

When the family is entering Enchanted Garden, the head on shot shows Heidi with no purse. The next shot from behind she has a purse over her shoulder.

When the girls bring the dish of food left on the porch, the Heidi says "someone left a casserole." In Minnesota, it is more likely she would have called it a "hot dish" instead of a "casserole."
