When the demon walks into Phoebe's office, a man in a dark blue shirt is visible on the left, at first pretending to press buttons on the coffee machine, then standing looking at the camera waiting for his cue. He then walks across the room, without any coffee.
Paige holds the Book of Shadows by the campfire and its edges touch together like a ringbinder folder. However the Book of Shadows is a very thick book filled with pages, and therefore (as seen in every other episode throughout the series) its edges do not touch at all when shut. It's evident that a different prop book was used for this scene.
