Willie's right eye is supposedly a prosthetic, yet it's clear it's real based on its movement. While modern prosthetic eyes are capable of very good movement amount and accuracy, this requires them to either be sutured to the muscles (Willie's eye was removable and therefore not attached) or have pegs to provide for movement, which his did not. A prosthetic like his would move very little. See more
