Dorothy Kilgallen's advanced pregnancy is referred to in a roundabout way when one of the contestants was a diaper inspector. Dorothy, at age 40, was pregnant with the last of her three children with husband Dick Kollmar. It was never obvious that Dorothy was pregnant during the ''What's My Line'' broadcasts, as the panel had always sat behind a long, fronted desk that concealed their bodies from the upper chest downward.
