Trained for the Image trades, Lucas Bernard has notably turned as assistant operator with Coline Serreau or Tonie Marshall, and as a cinematographer with René Féret. He also collaborated on several scenarios and wrote a novel (LES LACETS ROUGES, published in Le Seuil). In 2014, he went on to direct with the short film LA PLACE DU MORT.
