Welcome To Wherever You Are The episode title is a reference to the song of the same name by Jon Bon Jovi from his album Have a Nice Day. Bon Jovi also makes a guest appearance in this episode.
    • Goofs
While discussing his case with the U.S. District Attorney, Toby failed to mention the Hatch Act of 1939. This law prevents federal employees from certain political activities. As Toby points out, the indictment would cause enough trouble to be such a violation.

Noisy... too busy... gave me a headache!
I'm sure the writers were trying to show the viewers how hectic it can be to run for president, but for the first 25 minutes or so every time we were in the Santos bus it was nothing but chaos and Noise. It literally gave me a headache. I ended up fast-forwarding through most of it. And I am a loyal West Wing fan, but this episode really annoyed me
