Ruta Lee who guess stars in this episode also was a guess star in the episode 'An Anniversary Surprise' near the end of Season Three when she played a real estate agent who is buying the apartment complex from the Ropers. Curiously, she appears in this episode also trying to take possession of the apartment complex. She also guest appeared with Don Knotts in two episodes of the Andy Griffith show back in 1962.
