Eric is torn apart because he desperately wants to leave home, but can't because he's needed at home after Red's mild heart attack.

Eric and Donna slept together in her bed, and are caught by pa Bob, Eric wearing briefs and her top; strangely enough also in her closet was Fez, while his new wife Laurie is on 'honeymoon'- with her friend Carlos! Red has had a mild heart attack, so the doctor prescribes rest and 'not holding back', which worries Eric his dad from hell might get still worse. Eric's only consolation is taunting his lifelong tormentor with his low-fat diet. Kelso starts training for police academy by drinking eggs 'like Rocky', till Jackie reminds him of his allergy, the boys rush him to hospital, swelling up uglier then anyone dares tell the beauty-conscious boy. Jackie has finally chosen, for Hyde. But he didn't just wait; Kelso considers her too complicated and wants to be just friends. Despite everything, Eric feels he can't leave home now, although he wants nothing more.—KGF Vissers

Eric is wearing briefs and her top; strangely enough also in her closet was Fez (Wilmer Valderrama), while his new wife Laurie (Christina Moore) is on 'honeymoon'- with her friend Carlos! Fez has paid for the trip.

Laurie returns home to Fez with a Cancun shot glass, still sticky with tequila.

Red (Kurtwood Smith) has had a mild heart attack, so the doctor prescribes rest (no chores, no driving for at least 3 months) and 'not holding back'. Apparently, he was holding stuff in him, and the doctor encourages to let his rage all out, which worries Eric that his dad from hell might get still worse. The doctor tells Red to focus on things that make him happy. Eric's only consolation is taunting his lifelong tormentor with his low-fat diet. Red is not allowed to eat any yellows from the eggs and no bacon. Red is not happy to see Fez hanging around the house and calling dad. Red is mad at Fez for corrupting Laurie, but Fez says that he has done a favor to Red as his daughter has been passed around the entire town.

Eric is still keen on starting college and he says that he needs to get out Point Place to make any sort of future for himself. Kitty tries to bribe Eric into staying by cooking him his favorite breakfast dishes.

Kelso (Ashton Kutcher) starts training for police academy by drinking eggs 'like Rocky', till Jackie reminds him of his allergy, the boys rush him to hospital, swelling up uglier than anyone dares tell the beauty-conscious boy.

Jackie is still taking her time to decide between Hyde and Kelso. But she tells Donna that she has already decided and that she has chosen Hyde (Danny Masterson). She wants to give him a surprise later that day, when she reveals her decision and hopes that there are tears in his eyes.

But Hyde didn't just wait for Jackie to make up her mind. Hyde is already dating a way cooler biker chick, but now Jackie wants Hyde to stay with her all summer. Hyde says that he wanted Jackie to choose him, right then and there. Making him wait for her decision was very immature. Kelso considers her too complicated and wants to be just friends. Jackie imagines herself as Olivia Newton John, and Hyde as John Travolta as her own rendition of Grease. She wants Hyde to realize that she is so much cooler than the biker chick and come back to her.

Kitty (Debra Jo Rupp) is already working double shifts at the hospital as Red is out of work. Eric returns home to find Kitty asleep on the basement couch, exhausted and surrounded by laundry. Kitty is late for work, and she is working double shifts on a regular basis to support the house. Despite everything, Eric feels he can't leave home now, although he wants nothing more than to attend college. Donna decides to go none-the-less and promises that they will meet on the weekends.
