Quotes

Pat Garrett: Good morning, Miss Amy. What can I do for you?
Amy Beckett: I've come to give myself up, Sheriff.
Pat Garrett: Oh? For what?
Amy Beckett: For helping a prisoner to escape.
Pat Garrett: You must be mistaken. None of my prisoners escaped.
Amy Beckett: But, Sheriff, you know what I did.
Pat Garrett: Yes, I know what you did. You fell in love with the wrong person, Amy. That's a crime we've all been guilty of sometime or other. If we got punished for it, the jails would never be empty.
