Arthur Peterson in Starsky and Hutch (1975)

Goofs

Savage Sunday

Starsky and Hutch

Edit

Continuity

The car with the bomb in the trunk is a white 1963 Chevrolet Impala 2 door hardtop. After it's "painted green" it turns into a 1964 Chevrolet Biscayne 2 door sedan. When Starsky ditches the car to allow it to explode, it's turned back into a 1963 Chevrolet Impala.
The officer on motorcycle and the car carrying the bomb are speeding in a parking garage, and they keep going down the same row with the same cars.
When Starsky drives the green car down into the vacant lot, the trunk lid falls off and ends up on the ground behind the car. A few seconds later, as he watches from the bushes, the trunk lid is back on the car and is blown off by the explosion.
Wilbur offers Ted $20 for the plates and $20 for the paint. When the job is complete, Wilbur states "It was worth the $30 bucks" when he should have said $40.
When Wilbur and Gregg pull into the parking garage the right front hubcap is missing from the car, but when Starsky comes out of the parking garage the hubcap flies off of the front right wheel.

Factual errors

Considering what it takes to completely paint a car; it would be impossible for Ted to do the job in just a few hours time.

Miscellaneous

During the car chase scene, the same white 1962 Plymouth Valiant can be seen driving in several shots in different locations.

Boom mic visible

Left in the basketball court scene.

Character error

When the radio announces the bomb in the car (in the parking garage), the announcer calls the 1963 Chevrolet sedan a "1973".
