At about 30 minutes, a call from Keiko and Molly pulls O'Brien away from his conversation with Sisko and Dax. When he returns, Sisko says, "You were saying you thought you knew who the saboteur might be," but O'Brien said nothing of the sort before being called away.
When Keiko asks if Kira is back yet, Miles says that she went to visit Shakaar, but his lips say something else.
Bashir says that Keiko has a "hairline fracture of the right parietal lobe." The parietal lobe is part of the brain; he meant to say "parietal bone", part of the skull.
