While Akaar is fighting with one of Maab's men, the man's uniform changes from blue to red.
When the landing party first beams down and meets the Capellans, the Red Shirt is standing on the end next to McCoy. In the reverse shot, he is standing between Kirk and McCoy.
At 41:45 minutes (remastred edition) the Capellans and the Klingon are walking down a hill. In the middle of the wide shot, the Klingon falls. A few shots later (42:05), he can be seen dusting off his pants.
When the landing party is inside a tent, Kirk's arm rests on a table while a woman offers him fruit. When a man comes into the tent, Kirk takes his arm off the table. A close-up of Kirk shows that his arm is immediately back on the table.
After escaping, Kirk says they were able to only retrieve communicators, not weapons, and subsequently Kirk and Spock use bows and arrows to defend themselves. The Klingon then picks up one of Kirk's dropped communicators and uses it as a phaser to kill attackers
Correction: The Klingon takes a phaser from one of the Capellans knocked out by the rock fall. It is this phaser that he uses.

After Kirk and Spock use the transmitters to create a cascade of rocks, we can see some boulders shift position nearly the end of the rockslide, due to a cut that skips some frames.
A rarely-used shot of the Enterprise from its right-front side. If you look closely, you can see the ship's registry is backwards, which would indicate a flipped shot.
With the camera facing Kirk and Spock, while they are preparing the rock slide (26 minutes in) seams and/or wrinkles are visible in the background sky. Also, there are no clouds, although there are when the camera angle reverses and the actual sky is seen.
When Kirk is fighting a Capellan guard to save Eleen, there is a series of sudden cuts that disrupt continuity.
In the briefing, McCoy states that many Capellans are over 7 feet tall. They are big men, but it is obvious that none of the Capellans are over 7 feet tall, none are more than a few inches taller than Spock. Leonard Nimoy was 6'0".
Julie Newmar's wig becomes obvious in some shots.
About 28 minutes in (right after the rock-slide), Bones and Kirk are talking about the pregnancy. There are some sloppy audio cuts of Bones which were obviously put in after the scene was filmed, so his lips don't match up to the sound coming out.
(at around 2 minutes) When someone cries, "Halt!", you can see a box of light and Captain Kirk's shadow on the ground in front of him.
Near the end, Kirk and Spock begin firing arrows from their bows. One of Spock's arrows hits a man who falls off a peak and into a bush. To the left of the bush, a crew member wearing a white shirt is visible.
Neither the Federation or the Klingons need to deal with the troublesome and dangerous Capellans to obtain the mineral, both can find the mineral elsewhere. Also, the Klingons, due to their much superior technology, can easily wipe out the entire Capellan population and take all of the mineral they want. In this series, the Klingons are space bullies that conquer weak and primitive planets like Capella and take what they want.
