One of the best episodes of dramatic TV
27 November 2006 | by lmt_is_meSee all my reviews

It has been 24 years since I saw that episode of St. Elsewhere. I was surprised no one else has mentioned this particular episode.

The relationship between Cora and Arnie was heartbreaking. It was beautiful to see such caring between two people. While Arnie, may not have understood what was going on, he knew that he loved Cora. Both characters were amazing. Both actors in this story were indeed so gifted. James Coco left us too early. His passion for his art is seen in any of his work. As for Doris Roberts, there is nothing else that can be said about this remarkable woman. She is the one that drew me into Everyone loves Raymond. For me, it is Everyone loves Doris! As for St. Elsewhere, I am so happy to see that this is coming to DVD. I recently sold my collection of ER because it doesn't not match to St. Elsewhere. Now I am waiting for St. Elsewhere tomorrow!!
