- Cartman plans an elaborate revenge when an older boy cons him out of money.
- Cartman has been conned out of his money by Scott Tenorman, a sour ninth grader, so Cartman is out for any kind of revenge possible. He attempts to bargain with Scott, only to be tricked again and have to do a ridiculous piggy performance. What's worse, Scott shows the video of the piggy dance to everyone in town, sparking Cartman's wrath even further. As the ultimate form of vengeance, Cartman invites Scott to a chili cook off, with a terrifying secret ingredient.—Miss Kedabory
- Cartman meets up with Stan, Kyle and Kenny, claiming to be more mature now that he has pubic hair. However, this is just pubic hair he has bought from a 9th grader named Scott Tenorman for $10. Kyle explains that Cartman is stupid, as you have to grow your own. Cartman goes back to Scott demanding a refund, but gets nothing in return.
Cartman then tries all sorts of other methods to get his money back from Scott, but fails every time. In the end, Scott takes the money that Cartman gave him, and burns it in front of him.
In revenge, Cartman plans to train a pony to bite off Scott's penis. When Jimbo Kearns and Ned see Cartman's attempts, they instead recommend that he observe Scott to find his weakness, and exploit it.
After observing that Scott is a fan of the band Radiohead, Cartman invites Scott to the town square along with alot of other citizens. Once there, he plays a tape of an MTV interview with Radiohead, with Cartman's voice badly-dubbed over the band members, claiming how they hate Scott Tenorman. Scott retaliates by showing a humiliating video he took of Cartman. This causes everyone to laugh, including Kenny, who dies from laughing so hard.
Cartman then attempts to get Stan and Kyle in on his next plan. He plans to get Radiohead to come to South Park, and attend a chili cookoff where Scott Tenorman will appear, and have his penis bitten off by a pony. Naturally, Stan and Kyle claim that Cartman's plan is stupid, and leave. Just to be cautious, they go to Scott's place and let him know about Cartman's plan.
Shortly thereafter, Cartman shows up with an invitation to his 'Chili Con Carnival.' Cartman also eagerly tells Scott that there will be pony rides as well. Scott then tells his parents that there is a starving pony at an abandoned farm, and they leave to try to help it. Later that evening, Scott prepares some chili, and has his friends get as much pubic hair as they can, with the intent to humiliate Cartman by having him eat their tainted chili.
The next day, Scott shows up the carnival, and begs Cartman to sample his chili. After some time, Cartman gives Scott a bowl of chili as well, and they both begin to eat. Scott is about to reveal what he did, when Cartman reveals that he already knew Scott did something to the Chili he brought (Cartman has been eating Chef's chili that he brought instead).
Cartman then explains that he also knew that Stan and Kyle would tip Scott off about his plan. Worried that Scott would be worried about encountering a pony that could bite his penis off, Cartman figured that Scott would send his parents to take care of the pony.
However, Cartman alerted the farmer who owned the pony, that 'violent pony-rustlers' were in the area, and when the farmer saw Scott's parents, he shot and killed both of them. While the farmer gave his report, Cartman stole the bodies, chopped them up, and mixed them into the chili that Scott is currently eating. Scott is suddenly overcome with grief at the loss of his parents, but just then, Radiohead appears (having responded to a letter Cartman sent) and seeing Scott in tears, chastise him and call him a 'crybaby.'
Scott can't stop crying at his misfortune as Cartman begins to lick the tears falling from Scott's eyes. As they watch, Stan and Kyle both agree that they should not try to make Cartman angry again.
