A bully who was sent to juvenile hall in a misunderstanding is released, and comes looking for revenge.

Stan, Kyle, Kenny, Cartman, and Butters are terrified when they find out that Trent Boyett is being released from juvenile hall after 5 years.

The boys attempted to play a game of 'fireman' in Pre-school,' and had Trent start a fire. However, the fire spread out of control and severely-burned their pre-school teacher, Ms Claridge.

When Trent explained that the boys told him to start the fire, they claimed him to be a liar, and not even Butters will tell the truth (for fear of being grounded). Trent's told the boys that he would be coming for them when he got out, and at the time, they saw no need as Trent's release was 5 years away.

wondering what to do, the boys see Ms Claridge in the hallway, her body lifeless, and inside of a motorized wheelchair, with a little light, that she uses to communicate (1 beep for yes, 2 beeps for no).

Meanwhile, Butters attempts to hide in his room, but his parents assume he is being unsociable, and send him outside to play. It is then that he sees Trent, and pleads to be let back inside. However, his parents refuse, and Trent severely punishes Butters.

The boys are now horrified that this will be their fate (or something worse), and attempt to get protection from the sixth graders.However, the sixth graders claim they will only do it if the boys can provide a picture of Stan's Mom's breasts.

The boys instead take a photo of Cartman's butt and magic-marker nipples on the bottom portions.The ruse works, and the sixth graders go to tell Trent to leave the boys alone. However, they are no match for Trent, who puts all of them in the hospital!

With noone left to turn to, Stan asks his sister Shelley to help them, after confessing what they did to their pre-school teacher. Shelley says she'll help them, but only after they tell Ms Claridge what they did.

The boys find Ms Claridge stuck in the middle of a street in downtown South Park. Her batteries have run down, and she is unable to communicate this, leaving everyone to assume she's simply rude, or has given up the will to live.

It is then that Trent finds them, and intends to finally get his revenge. However, Cartman pulls out a taser and attempts to shoot Trent. However, the taser hits Ms Clardige, charging her wheelchair to go out of control, causing damage.

In the aftermath the Police ask who caused this to happen, and the boys again claim it was Trent. When the Police ask Ms Claridge if this is true, she beeps twice. However, the officer assumes this means she said 'yes, yes,' and Trent is hauled away.

Cartman makes fun of Trent, and pulls down his pants, showing the magic-markered nipples on his butt. The Sixth graders see this, but instead of being angry, just get mesmerized by the false 'boobs.'
