Cartman is outraged when he is sent to fat camp by his mother. Meanwhile, Kenny becomes famous for a "Jackass" style TV show.

Cartman gets sent off to a fitness camp to lose weight and comes back to South Park not only much thinner, but also much more mature and good-natured. His friends appreciate the change at first but soon find themselves wanting the old Cartman back and becoming suspicious that the new one is not what he appears.
