A couple of days after the ending of her relationship with her mate, Melinda Mary Bloch commits suicide. Claire and Russell are preparing the art opening promoted by their school in the Rothman Gallery. The relationship of Nate and Lisa is on crisis, and Rico is also disappointed with Vanessa. David comments the three-way sex with a stranger and Keith in their therapy and the analyst proposes that they establish rules and limits in their sexual games. Ruth invites Arthur to go with her to the benefit show. Billy, Brenda and their dysfunctional mother are also in the exhibition, and Brenda meets Lisa and tells her that their previous meeting was weird, dishonest and a kind of "stalkerish". When the dark picture of Claire is sold, she sooner discloses who bought her dark vision of the world.
This episode focuses on the relationship and interaction of many characters: Lisa and Nate, and Brenda; Ruth and Arthur; Claire and Russell, and Oliver; David and Keith, and someone else; Billy, Brenda and their mother; Rico and Vanessa. I personally do not like the character of Lisa. My vote is eight.
