After drunks vandalize the school the children are blamed and subject to a curfew. Having seen a creepy 'Village of the Damned'-type movie 'The Bloodening' Bart leads the kids in a revolt against their elders,frightening them into believing the children have supernatural powers. But then the senior citizens arrive and they reckon that everybody under the age of 70 should be made subject to a curfew.
