Quotes

Det. Sgt. Tom Ryan: How'd he get in here anyway? I thought you had an alarm system?
Det. Sgt. Cassandra 'Cassy' St. John: It wasn't on.
Det. Sgt. Tom Ryan: Why not?
Det. Sgt. Cassandra 'Cassy' St. John: Because, I like to keep the windows open so it doesn't get stuffy?
Det. Sgt. Tom Ryan: You have air conditioning, don't ya?
Det. Sgt. Cassandra 'Cassy' St. John: Yeah, but it gets very expensive to run it.
Det. Sgt. Tom Ryan: Since when can't you afford to run your air conditioning? Oh, aha! since you bought a new car.
Det. Sgt. Cassandra 'Cassy' St. John: [sarcastically] Aha!
Det. Sgt. Tom Ryan: Aha! That's something detectives say when they figured something out and don't try to change the subject.
Det. Sgt. Cassandra 'Cassy' St. John: Do you know how expensive insurance is on a Boxster?

Elizabeth Anne Allen

Just a short note to celebrate that the show did it again with another spot-on lady guest-star casting. As Danielle, take a look at Elizabeth Anne Allen, who would later appear in BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER as Amy the rat (don't ask, find out for yourself)... and all this beauty made me sit up and notice Wait For It... drum roll please... The Sum Of This Show Equals More Than What Has Actually Gone Into It. Which is to say, the recipe is plain, the fruitcake is delicious. Like I've pointed out before, I watch much bigger shows, from GAME OF THRONES to VAMPIRE DIARIES, and they dwarve this, but the little scrapper holds its own. It's a big compliment.
