Storyline

During an outbreak of a mysterious disease, Sheena and Matt investigate reports of UFO sightings, alien abductions and cattle mutilations. However, they quickly discover that mercenaries led by Matt's old commanding officer from Vietnam, Colonel Quentin Massey, are behind everything. They've been kidnapping people in order to use them for illegal uranium mining as slave labor and then sell the uranium to the highest bidder. Matt and Sheena decide to go undercover and take part in the bid as fake buyers in order to gain Massey's trust and find a way to stop this diabolical operation. The famous X-Files music sting plays several times throughout the story.

Little green men?
19 April 2014 | by unbrokenmetalSee all my reviews

Burnt circles in the grass appear, and animals disappear. The natives suspect that little green men from outer space are taking them. „This story is nothing but balls", Mendelsohn says with his usual sarcasm. „It wasn't balls, it was a cow!" is the reply he receives. Ah, well. Kali meanwhile needs to treat members of the tribe who suffer from an unknown illness. Could it be radiation poisoning, and if so, where did it come from? Sheena and Cutter investigate who might be hiding his activities behind the 'alien invasion'. Cutter seems ready to believe in UFOs, but Sheena doesn't for one minute. „Sheena has always been skeptical of things she cannot see", Kali explains. Mendelsohn is the first to face the real enemy...

The whole plot about UFOs is obviously a bit silly and lacks credibility. Fortunately, there is enough action and sense of humor to help me sit through this episode.
