Kramer tries to create a Utopian society when he puts up pictures of all the residents of his and Jerry's building. Jerry doesn't mind until the women of the building want to be greeted with a kiss. After Jerry objects to kissing hello, he's vilified and nearly kicked out of the building. Jerry also has to settle some family issues when Nana remembers that Uncle Leo was supposed to give Morty some money 50 years ago and Uncle Leo puts Nana in a home to keep her quiet. Meanwhile, Elaine's friend who is a chiropractor skips out on George's appointment and goes skiing instead, and they have a hard time telling her about her dated hairdo. Written by halo1k

Did You Know?

Kramer (Michael Richards) likes the idea of everyone who lives in the building knowing each other's names but this was not always the case. In episode 5.7, Seinfeld: The Non-Fat Yogurt (1993), he ridicules New Yorkers who wear name tags for that very same reason. See more »

"The delicate genius has a policy!"

Season 6, Episode 16, "The Kiss Hello"

"The Kiss Hello" is rarely remembered as a classic Seinfeld episode but it's a personal favorite of mine. Jerry, for once, is the real star of the show and his acting shines more than usual; he's accompanied by his entire famiy - including Uncle Leo (Len Lesser) and Nana (Billye Ree Wallace) who are at their most insane and hilarious. Leo especially is at his very best.

Also worthy of special notice is the wonderful Wendie Malick (Just Shoot Me) as a friend of Elaine's with outrageous 50's hair, and throughout the episode she interacts with all four cast members, all making for truly hilarious scenes.
