THE SINCEREST FORM OF FLATTERY offers the novelty of seeing Roy Scheider acting against...himself! The story is about artificial intelligence, based on Scheider's personality, which is turned against our hero when a submarine goes rogue. It's a clever idea and there's no faulting the execution here.
