Summaries

  • Whilst in Mexico the Saint agrees to accompany Teresa into the mountains to try and locate her husband, a man who was wanted by the police for an attempted political assassination. Here they are taken prisoner by El Rojo, the leader of the local rebels, who has a secret of his own - as a result of which Teresa will ultimately be reunited with her husband.

  • Two years have passed since the failed assassination attempt against the President of Mexico by Gaspar Alvarez, who is wanted ever since, and his wife accompanied by the Saint intend to track him down. When Miguel Artigas, the Saint's friend and trapeze artist, dies mumbling the words "I have a need of.. Santo Bravo" while raising four fingers, the two of them will begin their search from the small town of San Pedro, to finally end up in La Quinta, deep into bandit territory. Inevitably, the Saint and his worried companion will meet with the notorious El Rojo, the dangerous bandit leader, only to realise that finding Alvarez would be as difficult as trying to find a needle in a haystack.

  • Simon visits Mexico and plunges into an adventurous journey to help a proud and beautiful girl to solve the mystery of her husband's disappearance.
