    • Trivia
Templar tells Miss Hill he's James Bond, 9 years before Roger Moore would portray him in Live and Let Die (1973). Additionally, Moore would work with David Hedison, again in the same picture.

    The Saint Sins
This isn't the worst episode of the normally excellent 'The Saint', but it comes close. Despite a reasonable story about the blackmail of errant husbands, the whole thing is overplayed by everyone (except the man with the halo) and comes over more like a Whitehall farce rather with characters falling down and opening the wrong doors and even the compulsory punch up is done slapstick style. The whole thing is a bit bonkers with two actresses called Su Lloyd, Simon Templar being mistaken for James Bond ten years before he was the real deal and with everybody's favourite Felix Leiter as his none-too-clever friend. And a plot flaw - David Hedison's character has previously lived in London so why does Simon spend hours showing him all the tourist sites at the beginning?
