During a flashback which is time stamped in 1974, Jarod tells Sydney he'll never give up wanting to know about his parents; at the end of the episode, he tells Sydney he said that when he was 11 years old, meaning he would have been born in roughly 1963. However, in the pilot, there was a flashback time stamped 1963 in which Jarod appeared to be already a school-aged child.
