Mexico is a very diverse country. Depending on where you're from in Mexico, you could have very light colored skin, blonde hair and blue eyes or you could have very dark colored skin and black hair and brown eyes. Near the beginning, the judge refers to Lennie as a juvenile. Moments later while speaking to the judge, Perry refers to Lennie as an 18-year-old boy. Later in the show, when Lennie is speaking to Robin, he tells her that he is almost 18. Lennie is a juvenile because he is under 18.
