Edit

Continuity

After talking to Mrs. Comstock on the boat, Peter Brent leaves the boat and places his hand on the pillar. The pillar moves and is loose. Later that night Roy Comstock goes to the marina to leave on the boat, there's no pillars on the dock.
After Brent is punched by Comstock on the yacht, he falls down on the rear area of the flying bridge. However, in the shot that immediately follows showing the yacht pulling away from the dock, the same area of the boat is visible and Brent is nowhere to be seen.

Miscellaneous

Whilst Roy Comstock is making his getaway on his ex-wife's boat, Peter Brent scrambles aboard to prevent him from leaving the dock; Comstock punches Brent in the gut, but Brent reacts before the punch makes contact.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

In the opening scene, 3 phones are ringing and Gloria Withers, the secretary is shown answering them. One phone keeps ringing after it's answered.
When Perry is speaking to Andy, Perry is on the phone and Andy is on the two-way radio. Andy never releases the button on the microphone to hear Perry's response.
