Trivia

At the start of the episode Dr. Simon Kress refers to activity in section 51 and a map is visible that says "Area 51". This is an apparent reference to the location where some people believe the government is holding the remains of aliens from a crashed space craft. See more »

Goofs

In the scene about 01:09:00 into the movie Dr. Simon Kress is in the bathroom throwing up in the toilet and it cuts to him sitting on the floor of the bathroom next to the toilet, and then the toilet slightly moves. Furthermore you can see that it is not anchored to the floor and doesn't have a water supply line and shut off valve coming out of the wall, I'm surprised nobody else has noticed this it's clearly visible at 1:09:20. The Outer Limits/Sandkings - 26/3/1995

BBC2 debuted this episode of the new The Outer Limits I think on Sunday the 1st of May 1995. I was familiar with original series from the 1960's, but the new version of this particular episode really impressed me with a hidden or subversive message with the warning to scientists trying to play or replace the power of god through scientific advancement.
