Psychiatrist Dr. Dan Critchley has a new interesting patient, Martin. Martin claims that, as a kid, he made in his mind a contract with God or whatever it is that makes the world go round, that if he performs a small ritual, something will or will not happen. In time, the number of these deals and rituals grew to such proportions that Martin had to spend a greater part of each day on them and, as a consequence, his family and professional life were eventually ruined. However, he kept on performing these countless little rituals daily anyway, because at this point, there were so many of them and they effected so many things that if he were to stop repeating them, the human civilization and maybe even the world itself would pretty much literally end. Amused by Martin's story, Dr. Critchley concludes that his patient is suffering from an extreme form of obsessive compulsive disorder or OCD for short. The good doctor decides to find out once and for all, who is the insane one - Martin, or...
