Using bear gall bladder as an aphrodisiac is big business in the orient ... orientals will pay enormous sums of money to obtain them because it is now illegal ... lots of hunters that can't tell a bear gall bladder from any other internal organs so buyers often get something other than the real thing ... just so you don't make the mistake, the gall looks like the thumb
