    Storyline

    Edit
A nervous Fran is in the hospital almost ready to give birth to the twins. Meanwhile, C.C. is also glad to be at the hospital since she's been vomiting ever since she accepted Niles' marriage proposal earlier that evening. She wonders if nausea is due to the proposal itself affecting her mental state. Fran convinces her that she's just nervous about being married. So to get over the nerves, C.C. and Niles decide to get married in Fran's hospital room right in the middle of her delivery. Although the nausea does subside after the ceremony, C.C. learns her nausea is due to something more natural. Back with Fran, she finally gets her nine month wish of getting the babies out of her: she gives birth to two beautiful babies. This act is the beginning of the next phase for the Sheffields, with Maggie and Brighton heading off to Europe, and Fran, Maxwell, Grace and the two babies - Jonah Samuel and Eve Katherine - heading to a California for their new life. —Huggo

    • Trivia
Gabriel Bologna (Dr. Taylor) is the real-life son of Renée Taylor (Sylvia)
    • Goofs
When Fran and Grace are carrying the babies down the stairs, the babies are, naturally, baby dolls. However it is very obvious because they are in a stiff vertical shape. When "Mr. Sheffield" picks one up, he is as careful as with a real baby, but when the camera cuts to the front, it shows a very long and stiff "baby", whereas a real baby would have curled up its legs, while being held "horizontally".
    • Quotes

[Fran is in the middle of giving birth to her daughter. Fran is in excruciating pain.]

Fran Sheffield: [yelling about her baby still inside her] Oh my God, she's got my mother's hips.
