The Bible verses that Israel shows to Andy are Psalm 119:69 and 2 Kings 4:22. The first refers to the falsely accused while the second refers to a young boy who was injured while with his father. The mother goes to Elisha to have him raise her son from the dead.

    Boy on Fire
The title character Israel is a homeless mute who has been accused of murdering and raping an eight year old boy. Sipowicz is convinced the father of the boy is the real perpetrator. But he is smooth and slimy. We go into Part 2 with a strategy which is directed toward a very emotional mother.
