All they need are a pair of murders
7 June 2018 | by bkoganbingSee all my reviews

It's Racine,Wisconsin where Jessica Fletcher goes in this MSW episode where she is helping one half of the Ben&Jerry type ice cream magnate with some fund raising for a literacy foundation that he and partner Dirk Benedict have started.

Everybody, but Jessica Fletcher seems to be harboring secrets. Gregory Itzin, a Ralph Nader type character is saying their ice cream is not as pure as they would have you believe in their advertising, that it's hormonally treated. Itzin is also having an affiar Kristen Dalton, Benedict's two timing wife who likes lavish lifestyle and been bleeding the company dry. And that foundation has been embezzled of all its assets.

So all they need are a pair of murders and they get them, one of them being Benedict. The bodies are both placed in the ice cream plant's deep freeze, the better to confuse the time of death.

Once again Angela Lansbury figures it out both the who and the when with an incredibly simple bit of detecting.
