Maddie starts getting morning sickness and her mother guesses what has happened. The furniture is being repossessed and the staff at Blue Moon are rebelling because they haven't been paid. Herbert's dictatorial attitude is not helping the situation. The staff want no work and pay. When David finally turns up, there is little furniture and no staff. Maddie's father turns up to speak to David about Maddie. Their discussion ends up in an argument and they depart on bad terms. David thinks about it and catches up to her father to apologise, and to put his side of the situation. They end up on the same side and her father gives David the money to solve Blue Moon's financial situation.Written by
