A transparent overlay is used to show an occluded artery on an X-ray. When viewed the artery appears over a rib instead of under it as would be realistic, yet the doctor does not notice it. Last Train to Berna!!!

Another Series that l rarely saw in the past that was very famous at the time, but although the success no one took so seriously or gave a proper respect after saw so hard missions got so easiness ends....like in this episode...they go inside the country taking a Prime Minister to make a hard surgeon at Berna without leaving the country on a fake train, it's sound so absurd and unbelievable either ...come on it's not science fiction it's a hard mission to believe that's possible, instead l find it funny...in fact Martin Landau & Co are comics!!!
